Cancellation & Return Policy
We at Highmoon Home Furnitures Trading LLC are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. Please read our Cancellation & Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged, defective, or differs from what you had ordered, you must immediately lodge a complaint with Highmoon Home Furnitures Trading LLC on its Customer Care helpline. In such cases, we will:
1.1. Repair or Replace: We may choose to repair or replace the damaged or defective product under warranty terms. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we may offer an alternate product with your mutual consent upon returning the old product.
2. Products Not Meeting Expectations
2.1. Fitment Return: If any product you have ordered from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it during the fitment phase. However, please note that we will not accept returns once the fitter completes the job and leaves your premises.
2.2. Products Damaged during Use: Products that are damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
3. Return and Refund Process
3.1. Return with Damaged/Defective Condition: If you return a product delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition, we will refund the product amount after deducting shipping charges.
3.2. Assembled/Installed Products: Products that have been assembled and/or installed cannot be returned or replaced. In case of any manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired under normal warranty terms.
3.3. Product Label or Seal: Highmoon Home Furnitures Trading LLC will not accept returned products that lack the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.
3.4. Order Cancellation: Order cancellation requests made after 48 hours of placing the order will attract a deduction of 20% from the refund amount.

1.1. The refund will be processed through the original mode of payment.

2.1. Quality Check: The refund shall be processed after 48 hours of the pickup, subject to a quality check of the returned product.
2.2. Non-Compliance with Return Policy: If the return does not comply with the return policy of Highmoon Home Furnitures Trading LLC, you will not be entitled to any replacement or refund of the sums already paid.
2.3. Processing Charges: Depending on the orders, processing charges might be deducted from the refund amount.
2.4. Timeframe: Typically, refunds are processed in less than 10 working days after we receive the product(s) in proper and original condition.
2.5. Credit Card Delays: Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account, as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
